Elizabeth Planert, MSW, LCSW is a clinical social worker serving patients of the outpatient neurology clinics at Boston Medical Center. She is available to assess social determinants of health, give consultation for resources, and provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their caregivers as they navigate the psychosocial challenges associated with illness.
