Djemima Fleury, MSW, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the Department of Psychiatry at Boston Medical Center (BMC) who provides care at the BMC Community Behavioral Health Center’s Youth and Adult Clinics.

Drawing from her own experiences growing up in an immigrant family and working across medical and community settings, Ms. Fleury provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive care with a focus on helping individuals navigate complex emotional, social, and systemic challenges.

Ms. Fleury earned her Master's in Social Work degree from Simmons University in Boston. She has experience working with teens and adults who are navigating emotional experiences, especially those rooted in racial trauma, childhood trauma, and identity exploration.
