About

Dr. Breyen Coffin is an interventional radiologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC), BMC-Brighton, and BMC-South. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Radiology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. He completed his medical degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and residency training in diagnostic and interventional radiology at Boston Medical Center.

Dr. Coffin specializes in minimally invasive image-guided procedures with clinical interests in hepatobiliary interventions, vascular access, vascular disease, embolotherapy, oncologic interventions, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Coffin is deeply engaged in medical education and health policy. He has held numerous leadership roles in organized medicine, including within the American Medical Association, where he has contributed to national policy on resident and fellow advocacy, education, and healthcare access.
