Tellica Imaging – Massachusetts, LLC (“Applicant”) located at 36 South Street, Suite 2200, Salt Lake City, UT 84111, a joint venture between Tellica Imaging, LLC and BMC Health System, Inc., intends to file a Notice of Determination of Need (“DoN”) with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health for the acquisition of one (1) computed tomography (“CT”) unit and one (1) 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging (“MRI”) unit to be located at 168 Great Road, Suite C105, Bedford, MA 01730 (“Proposed Project”). The total value of the Proposed Project based on the maximum capital expenditure is $5,849,992. The Applicant does not anticipate any price or service impacts on the Applicant’s existing Patient Panel as a result of the Proposed Project. Any ten Taxpayers of Massachusetts may register in connection with the intended Application by no later than April 2, 2025, or 30 days from the Filing Date, whichever is later, by contacting the Department of Public Health, Determination of Need Program, via email: DPH.DON@State.MA.US or mail: 67 Forest Street, Marlborough, MA 01752.
