Diversity, Equity and Inclusion News from Dr. Marianella Paz-Lansberg, Chair of Otolaryngology DEI Committee

Continuing with our departmental initiative to strengthen Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, our team recently had the incredible opportunity of participating in a Microaggressions Workshop and LIFT training lead by Boston University's own Dr. Emelia Benjamin and Alyssa DiNicola. The workshop was a fantastic opportunity for us to continue create awareness and to educate all members of our department-including faculty, trainees, and staff-on these important matters. Our goal is to continue to create an environment where all can feel welcome and accepted, and where we all can thrive.
