Stephen I Pelton, MD, is a pediatric infectious disease specialist and Director of Pediatrics Infectious Diseases at Boston Medical Center (BMC). Dr. Pelton is also a professor of Pediatrics and Epidemiology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr Pelton specializes on the effects of recurrent disease and the long-term effects of HIV, Hepatitis C and B, and Herpes. Additionally, he organizes numerous clinical trials to discover new approaches to HIV prevention and treatment. Dr. Pelton has been honored as a Top Doctor by Boston Magazine since 2012.
