Stephanie D. Talutis, MD, MPH, is a board-certified vascular surgeon at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Radiology at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.

After receiving her medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, Dr. Talutis completed her general surgery residency training at Boston Medical Center. She subsequently completed a fellowship in vascular surgery at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Talutis additionally holds a Master of Public Health degree (MPH) from the Boston University School of Public Health.

Before joining the vascular surgery team at BMC in 2025, Dr. Talutis was an attending surgeon at Tufts Medical Center in the Department of Vascular Surgery and an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Tufts Medical School.
