About

Stephanie D. Talutis, MD, MPH, is a vascular surgeon at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Radiology at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.

After receiving her medical degree from New York Medical College, she completed general surgery residency at BMC, followed by a fellowship in vascular surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Talutis also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Boston University School of Public Health.

Prior to joining the vascular surgery team at BMC in 2025, Dr. Talutis was an attending surgeon at Tufts Medical Center in the Department of Vascular Surgery and an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Tufts Medical School.
