About

Radhika Chigurupati, DMD, MS, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.

After receiving her dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Chigurupati completed her oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the University of Washington and a fellowship in pediatric maxillofacial surgery at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. She also holds a master’s degree in Global Health Science from the University of California, San Francisco, and has contributed to teaching and surgical activities in academic institutions in Peru, Guatemala, and India.

Dr. Chigurupati specializes in surgical reconstruction of developmental and acquired jaw and facial deformities, tooth eruption disturbances and jaw tumors in children, obstructive sleep apnea, maxillofacial injuries, and pathology of the jaws and mouth in adults. She has previously practiced at the University of California, San Francisco, and the University of Maryland.
