Nina H. Lin, MD, is an infectious disease physician at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an assistant professor of infectious diseases at Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Lin is involved in HIV translational research that is focused on understanding the effect of chronic HIV infection on aging of the immune system and chronic inflammation. She is the principal investigator (PI) on several clinical trials, including being the co-Chair of ACTG A5325 and A5220s, to evaluate interventions which may improve or alter the clinical course of chronic HIV infection. Dr. Lin is also the director of the Boston University Infectious Disease Clinical Research Unit (CRU).
