Kimberly Salazar, MA, LMHC

Kimberly Salazar, MA, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) at Boston Medical Center (BMC) who provides care through the cross-departmental Immigrant and Refugee Health Center and the Boston Center for Refugee Health and Human Rights (BCRHHR) in the Department of Psychiatry.

Kimberly earned her Master of Arts degree from the University of Denver in Colorado and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts. She has been in clinical practice for 5 years and offers care in English as well as Spanish.

Kimberly identifies as bicultural and specializes in working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She believes that wellness comes from finding practices that help us remain in connection with our authenticity, values, culture, and identity, and meaningful relationships to resist the natural ebbs and flows of the human experience.
