About

Juanita Belton, PA-C, MPH, joined Boston University Medical Center’s Dempsey Center for Digestive Disease in 2018 as a Physician Assistant in the Crohn’s and Colitis Research Center. Specializing in Inflammatory Bowel Disease and general GI conditions (IBS, GERD, and abdominal pain), she holds a Bachelor of Biology from Clark Atlanta University, an MPH in Maternal and Child Health from Boston University, and a Master’s in PhysicianAssistant Studies from MCPHS. With over 10 years of experience, Mrs. Belton previously practiced Gastroenterology and Primary Care at Cambridge Health Alliance and Correctional Medicine at Hampden Correctional Center. She is also an instructor in Gastroenterology at Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine.
