Claire P. Miller, MD, is a breast surgical oncologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. After earning her medical degree from Albany Medical College, Dr. Miller completed a general surgery residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, followed by a fellowship in breast surgical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. At BMC, Dr. Miller works with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients get the best possible breast cancer treatment and care. Her clinical and research interests include breast cancer in young women, the impact of environmental exposures on breast cancer development, and health equity.
