Weather Advisory: Temporary Door Closure

Due to extreme cold, access through the Moakley Building's entrance off Boston Medical Center Place will be temporarily closed from 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, through 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2.

All patients and visitors should use the main entrance for the Menino and Yawkey Buildings during this time. The hospital remains open and operating as normal.

We appreciate your patience as we take these precautions during severe winter weather.

Margot Tang, MD, MPH, is a board-certified pediatric gastroenterologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an assistant professor at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Tang received her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts and her master's of public health from Harvard School of Public Health. She completed a pediatric gastroenterology fellowship at BMC/Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard Medical School.
