Downloading the Zoom Cloud Meetings app prior to your visit, will make your visit go more smoothly and quickly. Your BMC scheduler should have let you know about Zoom at the time you made your appointment. If you haven't downloaded the Zoom Cloud Meetings app download the iPhone app or the Android app here.

Steps to Join a Zoom Meeting

  1. Launch the Zoom app.

  2. Once the you sign into Zoom, click "Join".

  3. This will prompt you to enter your unique 9-digit meeting ID that was provided to you at the time you scheduled your appointment. Please note, in the future, you will be able to find your 9-digit meeting ID in MyChart.

  4. Once you type in your unique 9-digit meeting ID, the "Join" button will turn a brighter blue and you can click to join:

  5. Ensure your audio and video are enabled, by turning these buttons off:

  6. You should now join the meeting and see your Healthcare provider ready to address your needs. If you have any problems, please read our Troubleshooting help section.
