## Consultation

Prior to submitting a sample request application, investigators are encouraged to reach out to the LABS Core team to schedule a consultation to discuss the proposed study design and how LABS services and samples may be optimally leveraged.

Intake for all services offered by the LABS Core is done through a centralized form. Based on services and/or samples requested, you will be routed accordingly to subsequent steps.

Before submitting a Request, please review the *LABS Core Investigator Commitments*. All users will be required to confirm commitment as part of the Request form.
