 As pictured here, this is a nice dipping sauce for [dumplings](https://www.bmc.org/recipes/asian-dumplings-pot-stickers). Low-sodium soy sauce helps to bring the sodium content down. Even so, just a little of this sauce goes a long way!

## Ingredients

 Soy\_Sauce - 3 Tablespoons, low-sodium  Vinegar - 3 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar Sugar - 1 teaspoon brown sugar Ginger - 1 teaspoon minced ginger, or ⅓ teaspoon powdered ginger Scallions - 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped Sesame\_seeds - 1 Tablespoon, toasted  Oil - ½ teaspoon sesame oil

Step 1

Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate.
