## Ingredients

 Sweet\_potato - 1 medium Honey - ¼ cup  Nut\_butter - ¼ cup peanut, almond or sunflower seed butter Cocoa\_powder - ¼ cup  

## Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Microwave sweet potatoes for 6-10 minutes or until very soft (time will vary based on microwave).

Step 3

While the potatoes are cooking, add the honey, peanut butter, and cocoa powder into a large bowl. 

Step 4

Allow the potato to cool slightly, cut in half, peel off the skin,and add to the bowl.

Step 5

Mash with a form until smooth and until well combined.

Step 6

Bake for 10-15 minutes.
