Ingredients

  • Parboiled Brown Rice - 2 cups
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium sized pot.
  2. Season the water with 1 tsp salt.
  3. Add parboiled brown rice.
  4. Lower the heat to the lowest setting and cover the pot with a lid.
  5. Simmer the rice for 18-20 minutes.
