Yogurt is a fermented dairy product which provides probiotic bacteria that promote gut health. Plain yogurt does not contain any added sugar, and acts as a canvas of sorts in this recipe, to which dried herbs are added. The herb, salt, and lemon juice quantities are suggestions, but it is highly recommended to use your taste buds to increase seasoning as needed.
