## Ingredients

 Cooking\_spray - vegetable oil cooking spray Chicken - 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast  Ranch - ¼ cup, low-fat ranch dressing  Parmesan - ¼ cup, grated cheese Panko - 1 cup panko bread crumbs 

## Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 2

Cut the chicken into 1 inch wide strips and put in a large bowl. Pour the ranch dressing and parmesan cheese over the chicken and mix.

Step 3

Put the bread crumbs into a large, zippered bag. Add half the chicken, seal the bag and shake until coated. Place the tenders on baking sheet and repeat with the second half. 

Step 4

Lightly spray the chicken with cooking spray. 

Step 5

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
