## Ingredients

 Heavy\_cream - 1 Tablespoon (36% fat) Egg - 2 medium  Cheddar\_cheese - 1 Tablespoon shredded Olive\_oil - 1 Tablespoon  Avocado - ⅓   Salt - To taste  Pepper - To taste 

## Instructions

Step 1

 Beat heavy cream and egg in a bowl.

Step 2

Pour olive oil into the pan over medium heat pan.

Step 3

Pour the egg batter into the pan.

Step 4

 Fold and serve it with an avocado and cheddar cheese.

Step 5

 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
