## Ingredients

 Ground meat, cooked - ½ lb. Kidney beans - ½ 15-oz can. Tomatoes - 5 each whole, peeled, canned. Ground cumin - 2-3 teaspoons. Ground garlic powder - 1-2 teaspoons. Salt - ¼ teaspoon. Tabasco - Dash. 

## Instructions

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2

Microwave for 1 minute or until preffered temperature. 

Step 3

Enjoy with tortilla chips on top.
