 This sauce is delicious on any kind of fish. Garlic and lemon are a match made in heaven. Feel free to use any dry spices or herbs you'd like.

## Ingredients

 Oil - 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, or other oil of choice Garlic - 2 cloves Lemon - 1 medium Dried-Herbs - 1 teaspoon total (oregano, thyme, Italian seasoning blend, rosemary, etc) Salt - ½ teaspoon kosher salt (¼ teaspoon table salt)  

## Instructions

Step 1

Mince the garlic. 

Step 2

Cut lemon in half, and juice each piece. 

Step 3

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. You may store the sauce in a sealed container, in the fridge, for up to 4 days.
