## Ingredients

 Oil - ½ cup flaxseed oil or olive oil Lemon\_juice - ¼ cup lemon juice Vinegar - ¼ cup cider vinegar Flax\_seeds - 2 Tablespoons Herbs - 2 Tablespoons fresh herbs (such as basil, oregano, parsley, chives) or 1 Tablespoon dry herbs  Garlic - 1 clove garlic, minced, or ½ teaspoon powdered  Sugar - 1 teaspoon sugar or sugar substitute Salt - ½ teaspoon salt Pepper - ¼ teaspoons ground pepper 

## Instructions

Step 1

Put all ingredients in blender and mix until thick and smooth. Refrigerate.

 

### Notes

\* Flaxseeds must be blended or crushed to reap the benefits.

Flaxseeds are loaded with heart-healthy Omega-III fats. Try this dressing on a crispy green salad or in a whole grain pasta salad.
