## Ingredients

 Banana - ½ of a medium banana Vanilla-extract - ¼ teaspoon  Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon Yogurt - ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt 

## Instructions

Step 1

In a small bowl, thoroughly mash the banana.

Step 2

Add vanilla extract and cinnamon and mix gently.

Step 3

Fold Greek yogurt into mixture.

Step 4

Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top if desired.

 

### Notes

This recipe can be enjoyed at Stage 3 and Stage 4 for the bariatric surgery post-operative diet.

For a fall-inspired flavor, substitute cinnamon for pumpkin pie spice.
