Chocolate Covered Dried Fruit with Nuts

  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts
  • 30 dried apricots or prunes


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Place chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave another 20 second, stir and repeat until melted.
  3. Dip half of the apricot in the melted chocolate and place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle nuts over the chocolate. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
