Apple Crisp For 2

Ingredients

  • Apples - 1 medium
  • Cold butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Quick oats - ½ cup
  • Cinnamon - 1 pinch
  • Vanilla, low-fat Greek yogurt - ¼ cup

Instructions

  1. Wash the apple. Chop into small cubes add to a microwave safe bowl.
  2. In another small bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and oats with your fingers until you form a crumb. Sprinkle on top of the apple.
  3. Microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until the apples are tender.
  4. Divide into two servings and top each with 2 tablespoon of vanilla yogurt.
