 Financial Community Wellness Advocate: Family Medicine Joseph (Joey) Pérez holds dual degrees in Human Biology and Society, and Chicana/o Studies from UCLA. As a former bilingual educator with Teach for America, Joey brings a deep commitment to tackling health inequities through education and culturally informed care. Currently a pre-Physician Associate (PA) candidate, Joey aspires to pursue PA training after their time with StreetCred, with the goal of providing compassionate, community-centered healthcare to underserved populations in Boston.
