 La parálisis cerebral es el resultado de problemas durante el desarrollo del cerebro, durante el parto o justo después del nacimiento. El trastorno resultante implica un tono muscular deficiente, dificultad para moverse, rigidez de los músculos y más. Algunas personas con parálisis cerebral no pueden caminar, tienen epilepsia, dificultad para tragar, son ciegas y pueden tener un intelecto limitado.
