 Explore Radiology## Request Exam Images on CDs 

BMC’s Radiology Film Library is readily available to assist with your CD imaging requests.

**Location:**

Film Library Window  
Department of Radiology  
Menino Pavilion

**Hours:** Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

To make a request, please go to the Film Library window in the Radiology waiting room in the Menino Building. Here, you will fill out a form to request your CD and the librarian will review and process your request.

**Please have your ID available so the film librarian can properly match the information with the CD that you have requested.**

**Please Note**

- Most requests can take up to one business day to complete, though some can be done within the hour.
- If you also need the report associated with the CD images, you must make a separate request to the [Medical Records department](/services/medical-records/release-of-information "Patient Services: Medical Records: Release of Information Service | Boston Medical Center (bmc.org)").
