The Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) cares for complex critically ill patients admitted to BMC. Our multidisciplinary team of physicians works closely with MICU nursing, respiratory therapy, and pharmacists, as well with as all medical and surgical specialties across the hospital, to ensure inpatients with critical illnesses get the best care possible.
