BMC’s Criminal Justice Diversion programs provide services to individuals involved with the justice system who have substance use concerns or co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. We offer pre-trial evaluation, treatment, and services, as well as emergency response, to ensure that these individuals get the appropriate help and care. We also support improved outcomes for individuals who come into contact with the criminal justice system through partnerships with law enforcement and regular mental health trainings for police, court staff, and other first responders.
