We offer 24/7 community-based crisis evaluations, urgent visits, routine and follow-up appointments. We are committed to providing timely, high-quality, and evidence-based services that are accessible, comprehensive, culturally competent, and respectful of the dignity of the individuals we serve. ### 24/7 Call Center Our 24/7 Call Center is staffed by professionally trained clinicians who triage calls, provide support, and make appropriate referrals via phone, in-person evaluations, and telehealth. You will always speak to a live clinician on the phone. When you call, our clinician will ask you for some basic demographic and insurance information, as well as questions about the current situation. Our clinician will assist you in figuring out the next steps. If appropriate, our clinician will set up an in-person or telehealth evaluation for you or the person you are referring. To get services, call our toll-free 24/7 crisis line: 1.800.981.HELP (4357). ### CBHC Clinic The CBHC Clinic is the front door for same-day urgent visits for mental health or substance use concerns. Walk-ins accepted. We serve all ages and accept all insurances, including uninsured/no insurance.
