 ### Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition Counseling is provided by a registered dietitian (RD). During a counseling session, the dietitian works with each client, child, and/or parents/guardians to teach healthy eating habits. Counseling is individualized based on the client’s medical, social, and ethnic background. Meal plans, food label reading, recipe modification, and shopping tips are also provided if needed. Together, the RD and the patient develop realistic goals for promoting good health and wellness.
