# Conditions We Treat

 Explore HIV-Endurance (HIVE) Clinic Our clinic provides one-time consultations for people living with HIV aged 50 and older experiencing geriatric care issues (e.g., frailty, polypharmacy, falls/mobility issues).

During the visit, the HIVE team will create an individualized care plan and place appropriate referrals for the following concerns and conditions:

- Physical function
- Cognitive/memory issues
- Medication management
- Coordination of specialist care
- Clarification of care goals
- Caregiver support
