 Explore Memory Disorders Clinic### Memory Disorder Assessment

When you first come to our clinic, you’ll be given a complete diagnostic assessment to assess your condition and find the underlying causes of memory loss. This includes:

- Comprehensive cognitive evaluation (assessment of condition)
- Laboratory tests and imaging to determine causes for memory loss
- Diagnosis
- Treatment recommendations

After your assessment and diagnosis, we’ll provide continued follow-up care to look for any changes in your condition and care needs, as well as provide new treatments and resources as necessary.
