The Primary Aldosteronism Screening to Treatment Pathway (PASTP) is part of a quality improvement and research initiative designed to understand and reduce barriers to screening and treatment for primary aldosteronism.

Primary aldosteronism is a very common but under-diagnosed and under-treated cause of hypertension, cardiovascular disease and chronic kidney disease.

Here we provide our streamlined screening to treatment algorithm which is based on the [2025 Endocrine Society Clinical Practice Guideline for Primary Aldosteronism](https://doi.org/10.1210/clinem/dgaf284).
