Your baby is the size of a green olive!

Baby’s teeth are beginning to form. All of your baby’s essential organs are there and will continue to form over the next few months.



## Weekly Affirmation

###  I take it one day at a time. 





Eating well helps your baby grow strong and keeps you feeling your best. Choose a mix of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, and dairy.

Drink plenty of water and take a prenatal vitamin every day. Always carry a bottle of water with you.

## Help Getting Fresh Fruits and Veggies

The [Women, Infants &amp; Children Nutrition Program (WIC)](https://www.mass.gov/orgs/women-infants-children-nutrition-program "Women, Infants & Children Nutrition Program (WIC) | Commonwealth of Massachusetts (mass.gov)") provides fresh fruits and vegetables to pregnant people and children. You can apply for WIC during your pregnancy. If you qualify, you’ll need a referral from your prenatal provider.
