## At Boston Medical Center

**Talk to your provider.** They can refer you to therapy or psychiatry.

**If you need immediate, walk-in help:**

- **BMC’s** [**Community Behavioral Health Clinic (BMC CBHC)**](/cbhc "BMC Community Behavioral Heath Center (BMC CBHC) | Boston Medical Center (bmc.org)") provides walk-in urgent mental health care, no appointment needed.
    - They’re open:
        - Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
        - Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

- **BEST Services** is emergency mental health services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
