Finn J Hawkins, MB, BCh, is a pulmonologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC). He is also Principal Investigator (PI) in the Center for Regenerative Medicine and The Pulmonary Center at Boston University and an associate professor of Pulmonary, Allergy, Sleep & Critical Care Medicine at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from National University of Ireland, Galway and has been in 2004. He completed internal medicine training in Ireland and at the Mayo Clinic, Minnesota. He joined Boston University Medical Center for Pulmonary and Critical Care Training and joined as faculty member in 2013. His research interests are lung regeneration, stem cells, and disease modeling. His clinical expertise is in interstitial lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis, and sarcoidosis.
