Tania J Phillips, MD, is a dermatologist and Director of the Dermatology Wound Clinic at Boston Medical Center (BMC). Dr. Phillips is also a professor of Dermatology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. She specializes in skin aging and wound healing, with a particular expertise on the use of cultured skin and skin substitutes. Presently, she serves ...  as a consultant to the FDA General and Plastic Surgery Devices Advisory Committee and is a member of the Planning Committee for the Symposium of Advanced Wound Care. She has won a number of prestigious dermatologic awards, including the Venous Research Award of the American Venous Forum and the Young Investigator Award of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
