More About Me

Dr. Llerena-Quinn was born in Peru and educated in the United States. She has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and has been offering individual and family therapy services, especially with Spanish speaking families, in our growing CAP services and collaborative team focused on providing excellence in multicultural care. Growing up in a multicultural home influenced her professional career path. Cross-cultural care and education are central to Roxana's clinical, teaching and research efforts. She has worked within under-served, urban communities and hospital settings. As a Cross-Cultural Educator at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Llerena-Quinn developed curricula to train and support faculty, staff and medical students to be effective in a multi-cultural world.
