## About

Robert W. Pistey, MD, is a board-certified attending pathologist at Boston Medical Center, where he also serves as Medical Director of the Biobank. Additionally, he is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine (specializing in anatomic pathology) at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.

Since his appointment in 2003 Dr. Pistey has held many roles, including ...  attending physician, lab instructor, mentor, and pathology resident lecturer. Many of his past students are fellows, assistant professors, and residents at universities like Johns Hopkins, Columbia, the University of Washington, and Boston University. Dr. Pistey is a member of the BMC Cancer Care Committee and regularly attends Continuing Medical Education courses at Harvard Medical School.
