Ravin Davidoff, MB, BCh, is a cardiologist, Executive Medical Director, and Institutional Officer for Research at Boston Medical Center (BMC). Previously, he served for 10 years as Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer at BMC. In his current role, Dr. Davidoff is responsible for network development, graduate medical education, medical affairs, the Medical Executive Committee, and BMC’s clinical affiliations, including the community health centers. Dr. Davidoff is also a professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and has won numerous teaching awards. He is the author of over 100 original articles and book chapters. Dr. Davidoff is well-known as a champion and advocate for every person’s right to high quality and compassionate care. In 2021, BMC established the Ravin Davidoff Health Equity Fellowship to honor this commitment to exceptional care without exception throughout his career.
