Dr. Noelle Saillant is a trauma surgeon, chief of surgical critical care, and executive vice chair of surgery at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an Associate Professor of Surgery at Boston University Chobanian &amp; Avedisian School of Medicine. She completed general surgery residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and a fellowship in the Department of Traumatology and Surgical Critical ...  Care at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She is a highly published surgeon-scientist who has coauthored more than 100 peer-reviewed articles. Her research interests include trauma-induced coagulopathy, chest wall injury, artificial intelligence in trauma care, and surgical education.
