Meg Brett, LICSW is a Clinical Social Worker who primarily works in the Infectious Diseases Clinic. Ms. Brett is a 2010 graduate of Boston College Graduate School of Social Work with a BSW from University in Vermont. Prior to graduate school, Ms. Brett worked as a Social Worker for the Vermont State Department of Children and Families as a probation ...  officer, intake worker and provided support groups for Adoptive Parents.. She has a history of working with adolescents, children and families. Ms. Brett has a passion for working with adults living with HIV/AIDS, trauma, substance use and group work. Meg Brett’s practice consists of strengths-based client-centered work involving therapy modalities of: Trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Group Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
