  ## About

Mark H. Katz, MD, is a board-certified urologist specializing in urological oncology at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and a Clinical Associate Professor of Urology at the Boston University Chobanian &amp; Avedisian School of Medicine. He is an expert in treating prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular cancer, including with laparoscopic and robotic surgery.

Dr. Katz earned his medical degree from Boston University ...  School of Medicine and completed an internship year and his urology residency training at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. He subsequently completed a fellowship in urologic surgical oncology at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Urological Association and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the author of numerous publications and book chapters.

Dr. Katz’s research interests include outcomes after surgery for urologic malignancies.
