Dr. Mahoney is a primary care physician and Assistant Professor of Medicine. She is dedicated to advancing patient care, medical education, and clinical research. She earned her MD from Georgetown University School of Medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.

Dr. Mahoney’s clinical expertise focuses on comprehensive primary care, with an emphasis on preventive medicine, ...  chronic disease management, and health equity. Her research interests include improving healthcare delivery systems and addressing disparities in access to care, particularly for underserved populations. She is actively involved in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents, fostering the next generation of compassionate and skilled physicians. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Mahoney is committed to integrating innovative approaches to patient care with a deep commitment to community health.
