Joyce (McNamee) Ortiz, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Gastroenterology at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an Instructor of Medicine (Gastroenterology) at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.

Dr. Ortiz earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa and followed with a master’s degree in nursing ...  from the University of Tampa. In 2021, she earned her doctorate of nursing practice (DNP) from Chamberlain University.
