Registration Fees

$30.00  Consumers (includes registration fee for one consumer plus one friend or family member).  There is no fee for PCA’s to attend with individuals.

$30.00  Per Additional Family Member or Friend.

$100.00  Physicians, Healthcare Professionals, Researchers, and All Others.

Students receive a 50% discount off the professional registration fee. 
Please submit a copy of your student ID with your registration.

To avoid a late registration fee, please register before October 20, 2011
